AW Accident Repairs Centres have expanded their operations into Nottingham having recently leased Unit W at Beeston Business Park. The property comprises some 12,500 sq ft of good quality industrial space on a good sized plot which AW will be using for a repair and recovery depot and management office.

Andrew would you like to provide a comment and provide details of where the business has come from and details of your expansion plans going forwards?
Mark Tomlinson of FHP Property Consultants who concluded the sale commented:
“This site was purchased some 12 months ago now by my client, Beeston Business Park LLP. This building had previously been used as office space but we advised our client to put the unit back to its original use of warehouse/industrial space due to the considerable demand in the area. The office space was removed and the property was stripped out to provide a detached industrial / warehouse unit of 12,500 sq ft. Since the work completed, good levels of interest were shown in the unit and I am delighted to have achieved this letting to such a good occupier who are expanding the operation within the Midlands”.
“Detailed planning consent has just been achieved on the business park for a new industrial / warehouse development of 130,000 sq ft in over 30 units. The proposed units range in size from 2,500 to 12,500 sq ft and interested parties should contact me or my joint agent to secure one.”
